COMMENTS:  This Tri-rise Series piece is not a practical sculpture. Except for the appearance of remnant functionality, it is pure sculpture. I always worry about the inevitable earthquakes with tall, unstable, fragile art work. Worries are rarely reason enough not to make a piece, though.
