COMMENTS:  I was living in a predominately Mexican section of Fullerton, California at the time. I promised the crowd of kids who had been watching me construct Monkey Man I that I would glaze him whatever color(s) they would agree on as a group. (There were around a dozen kids.) After a couple days they dictated half pink and half blue. So it was done.
